OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCE OF WINNING.

2. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The 2006 “Ford Certified Pre-owned “club115 ” Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is offered only in and may be entered only from the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”). Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on October 1, 2006 and ends at 11:59 PM EDT on December 31, 2006 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. SPONSOR: Ford Motor Company, 16800 Executive Drive, Dearborn, MI 48126.

4. ADMINISTRATOR: innovative Customer Management Solutions, Inc. (iCMS), 2328 Alger Drive, Troy, MI 48083.

5. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia ("U.S."), who possess a valid U.S. driver's license and are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members, of Ford Motor Company ("Sponsor"), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, iCMS, Inc., J. Walter Thompson, Red Peg Marketing, Caxy Consulting, LLC, Velocity Communications Group, LLC, CGS Premier, Nogginaut, Catch the Moment and Visual Perspectives Internet, Inc. (“Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

6. AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Noncompliance with the Official Rules will result in disqualification and the forfeiture of any prize.

7. HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter the sweepstakes: 1) INTERNET - Complete the online sweepstakes entry form at www.club-115.com (the "Website") and submit as directed during the sweepstakes period; or 2) OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM – Complete and deposit in the entry box provided an official entry form available, while supplies last, at the sweepstakes display at select events at Georgia Tech University and Auburn University during the sweepstakes period. These events include the Georgia Tech/Maryland football game, the Georgia Tech/Miami football game, the Auburn/Florida football game and Auburn/Arkansas State football game. For a complete list of events, please visit www.club-115.com. Entries made at each event will also be eligible to win an additional prize. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Limit of one entry per person or email address per week regardless of the method of entry. In the event duplicate entries are received from any one person or e-mail address, the first entry processed will be considered the only valid entry received for the Grand, First and Second place prize drawing. In case of dispute as to the owner of an online entry, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry is made. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Entries that are incomplete or corrupted are void. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible or damaged entries. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

8. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): Two (2) Grand Prizes: 2006 Ford Certified Pre-Owned F-150 (ARV: $30,000 each) will be awarded; Two (2) First Place Prizes: Debit Cards (ARV $2,500) will be awarded; Two Second Place prizes: Plasma TVs (ARV: $2,000 each) will be awarded; 150 Third Place prizes: Debit Cards (ARV: $115 each) will be awarded and 1000 Fourth Place prizes: iTunes Cards (ARV: $15 each) will be awarded. There will also be no fewer than an additional 16 total event prizes awarded, four per event of a $250 debit card (ARV: $250). For a complete list of selected events, please visit www.club-115.com. Grand Prize Winners are responsible for vehicle registration, license, title and insurance fees and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option packages and must take delivery of prize vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability at a Sponsor-selected dealership near winner's residence. Prior to taking delivery of the vehicle, winner must provide valid driver's license and evidence of insurance. Prizes awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials. Actual color of prizes will be determined by Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all taxes (federal, state and/or local) and any other expenses not listed, which relate to acceptance and use of prize. WI residents will not be responsible for sales tax. There may be restrictions, limitations, fees or charges related to debit card usage. Contact the debit card issuer for details. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Apple is not a participant or sponsor of this promotion.

9. WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize, First Place and Second Place prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 15, 2007 from among all eligible entries received. Fifteen (15) Third Place Prizes and One Hundred (100) Fourth place prizes will be given away each week from the eligible entries received to date starting on October 8, 2006 and ending on December 9, 2006. Additionally, the event prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at that event prior to kickoff. Four event prize winners will be chosen for each selected event. Winners will be notified by mail and/or phone and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release form within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure to timely return any required properly executed forms will cause the prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 3 days the potential winner may be disqualified and alternate entrant may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, home town, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for advertising and marketing of Sponsor's products, services and consumer promotions in any media throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and upon request, winner will provide written consent to such use. Winners may not transfer, exchange or redeem any Prizes for cash; however sponsor reserves the right to substitute, in whole or in part, a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. If a prize is refused, a prize notification is returned or deemed undeliverable, or potential winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected.

10. RELEASE AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for 1) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials or any human errors; 2) for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission or processing of, or failure of Sponsor or agents to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof; 3) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other's person or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes; 4) entries or mail that are late, lost, misdirected, illegible, damaged, postage-due or otherwise deficient; 5) the cancellation or rescheduling of any Event. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes in its entirety, or any portion thereof if its integrity, fairness or proper operation is undermined, or corrupted as a result of technical or other reasons or because of any illegal or non-authorized intervention or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. In that event, Sponsor may select the grand prize winner from all eligible entries received prior to such modification or cancellation and will post notification of such action on www.club-115.com. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By entering, participants (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be without legal or other recourse and final in all respects; (b) release the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective directors, officers, agents, employees and divisions, dealers, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; and (c) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize including, but not limited to, its quality or availability, except for Sponsor's standard limited warranty provided with the Grand Prize vehicle. Noncompliance with the Official Rules will result in disqualification and the forfeiture of any prize.

11. PRIVACY: Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may be shared with Sponsor's promotional partners if and to the extent entrants agree at the time of entry, and in such event, the use of such information by such promotional partners will be used in accordance with such partners' respective privacy policies. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy located at http://ford.com/en/support/privacyStatement.htm?referrer=home.

12. DISPUTES: Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Oakland County, Michigan, USA. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorney’s fees.
